SpeechLion is just a small application built on the Sphinx-4_
speech recognition engine.  Many thanks to the Sphinx-4_ team
for making this technology freely available.

Some of the inspiration for SpeechLion's operation comes from Xvoice_,
another open source speech recognition application.  Unfortunately
Xvoice_ depends on IBM's ViaVoice recognition engine which
is no longer free for Linux users.
SpeechLion probably wants to be Xvoice_ when it grows up.
